How it works

How this tool works. And what it can't see.

The builder opens on our recruiters list for Sales Navigator: 6 title variants and 3 titles to leave out. Edit any of them, switch product, or add keywords, and the string updates. Everything runs in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to us.

Quotes, parentheses and capital operators go in for you, following LinkedIn's Boolean rules, and the checker below the builder flags anything LinkedIn won't read the way you meant.

Finding recruiters

Agency or in-house recruiters.Same titles, different keywords.

The titles overlap; the companies don't.

  1. 01

    Agency recruiters vs in-house teams

Recruiters at staffing agencies and in-house talent teams use the same titles. Add (staffing OR agency OR recruitment) in Keywords for agencies, or leave those words out for in-house teams. That's our view.

  2. 02

Talent Partner won't find Talent Acquisition Partner

Quotes make LinkedIn match a phrase exactly, so "Talent Partner" won't find "Talent Acquisition Partner". List each wording you want.
