    "Sales Development" is in an SDR's title and in their manager's. Leaving out manager, director, head and VP keeps the list to reps.

    To find SDR managers instead

    Swap the lists: put SDR Manager, Head of Sales Development and Director of Sales Development in the titles, and leave the leave-out list empty.
